This hit single "Help Me Girl" was attributed to Eric Burdon & The Animals but was actually a solo recording by Eric Burdon backed by New York studio musicians and The Animals' drummer Barry Jenkins.
Released as a single in the UK in Sep'66 with "Mama Told Me Not To Come" as the B-side Decca F 12502 (withdrawn); with "See See Rider" as the B-side Decca F 12502 Oct'66 (withdrawn); and in Dec'66 in the USA with "That Ain't Where It's At" as the B-side MGM K13636.
The B-side on the English 45 single release (Decca F.12502) is listed as "See See Rider (See What You Have Done)".
