All tracks were recorded in 1981. Tracks #1 to #3 are studio recordings (parts of track #1 "Crawling King Snake" were used in the film "Comeback" while tracks #2 and #3 were recorded after the soundtrack). Track #4 "Heart Attack" was recorded live on 09-Aug-81 at The Florentine Gardens Country Club, Reseda CA (with the Pat Couchois Band), tracks #5 to #10 were recorded live on 09-Mar-81 at the Metropol nightclub in Berlin, Germany.

This album was re-released in 1995 by AIM (Australia) as the "Misunderstood" CD.
